HASHLEY AUGUSTE FONDATRICE DE LITTLE NAPPY HAIR

HASHLEY AUGUSTE: A VISION, A MISSION, A COMMITMENT

When we talk about kinky, curly, curly, or wavy hair, we often think of treatments, products, or routines. But behind every curl, there's a story, a legacy, a connection to oneself. For Hashley Auguste, a vision, a mission, and a commitment guide her work: to help every child love and understand their hair from a young age.

Born in France to Haitian parents, Hashley herself experienced the difficulties associated with the perception of textured hair. With her kinky 4C hair, she grew up without role models or support. This lack of representation fueled a rebellion within her, and above all, a desire for change. In 2018, she brought to life Little Nappy, an Afro heroine who celebrates self-acceptance and a vision, a mission, and a commitment centered on the natural beauty of children.

But Hashley quickly realized that for her love of hair to last, she also needed to pass on her knowledge. So, she created Little Nappy Hair , a natural hair care brand designed especially for children. It's a concrete extension of her vision, her mission, and her commitment .

Her approach goes far beyond products: she creates an educational ecosystem with e-books, videos, and books to help families understand the needs of kinky, curly, and frizzy hair. Each treatment becomes a moment of sharing between parent and child.

Today, thanks to its vision, mission, and commitment , Hashley supports hundreds of families. It designs natural products based on Moringa, Touloucouna oil, and Allanblackia butter, designed to hydrate, nourish, and protect hair. Dermatologically tested and made in France, they meet the expectations of demanding parents.

Her ambition: for every child to grow up celebrating their hair as a source of wealth and pride. For parents to have the right tools to instill a love of natural hair.
